Participants will learn about how experiences of trauma impact engagement in helping services offered to families (including highlighting higher risk groups, such as rural populations, low socioeconomic status, individuals with disabilities, etc.). We will teach strategies that build engagement with caregivers. This training will also include supplemental interactive components to delve deeper into knowledge and practice (e.g., video examples, roleplays).
