Leading Strategic Responses to Human Trafficking – AEquitas

“Leading Strategic Responses to Human Trafficking: Keeping Your Community Safe” is a free 2-day training intended to leverage police and prosecutor leadership roles to make organizational change by developing and refining human trafficking responses to improve victim identification and promote public safety.

AEquitas is expecting to deliver this training June 16-17, 2026, in Denver, CO.  OJP conference approval is pending.

Applications from executive-level police and prosecutors working with ECM HTTFs will be prioritized, but police and prosecution executives from any jurisdictions are welcome to apply.

As this training is an OVC approved training, OVC ECM grantees can access grant funds to cover travel costs. Please reach out to your grant manager for more information. Others will need to cover their own expenses.

Priority Deadline is May 8, 2026.  Once OJP conference approval is received, applicants will be notified of their acceptance on a rolling basis until spots are filled. No travel should be booked until your application is approved and your registration is confirmed.
