This course goes beyond teaching ethical principles鈥攊t is designed to shape the ethical advocate: someone whose actions consistently reflect both cultural identity and professional values. Participants will examine how their personal and cultural values influence ethical decision-making. Along the way, they will strengthen their resilience by learning to tolerate mistakes, distress, and setbacks, and they will gain practical tools for approaching ethical dilemmas with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
