This webinar will highlight the intersections of technology, stalking, and online abuse, focusing on the ways that perpetrators use technology to instill fear in and psychologically dominate their victims, as well as effective practices that law enforcement can implement to better support victims. Presenters will discuss strategies for investigating digital stalking—including practices for agencies that do not have specialized individuals or units.
