Join the Wellness Center team in exploring healing practices and coping skills to nourish our wellbeing as a community. Community workshops are free to attend and open to the community!
Poetry and meditation can support creative expression, emotional processing, and stress reduction. We will start with a guided relaxation exercise and end with poetic writing exercises. You will need either paper, pen, and/or digital note taking tools.
